All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on T-shirts or other merchandise. Please double-check your size, color, and design before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at adotstateofficial@gmail.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
๐๏ธ Studio Time Bookings
Studio time purchases are non-refundable.
We understand that plans change โ you may reschedule your session with at least 24 hoursโ notice. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hoursโ notice will result in forfeiture of the booking.

๐๏ธ Gift Cards & Store Credit
Gift card purchases are non-refundable. Store credit may only be used toward booking studio sessions or purchasing eligible merchandise.
- If a session booked with store credit is canceled before the scheduled start time, the credit will return to the clientโs account.
- If the session has already started, the credit is considered used and is non-refundable.
- Gift card balances do not expire unless required by law.
